As a consumer, you have a 2-year guarantee period during which you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in price, depending on the situation. This assumes that the claim against the guarantee is valid. It is, however, conditioned of the guarantee that the damage to the goods is not due to misuse of the product or other causes of damage. The claim must be made within a reasonable period after you have discovered the damage. Two months after the damage has occurred is normally seen as a reasonable period. If the claim is considered valid, we will refund all reasonable costs incurred in returning the product.

When you return and item(s), please give as much information as possible about the problem. This helps our case management and minimizes administration time.
Refund of reasonable postage costs with valid claims
If your claim is considered valid, we will naturally refund your postage costs within reason. If your claim is considered unfounded, we will send the goods back. You will have to pay all costs yourself.
Please ensure that the returned goods are carefully packaged and get a proof of postage receipt. Remember that you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us so keep your proof of postage somewhere safe, so you can track the parcel if necessary.
